01What this policy covers

This policy explains how the Mi-ICE9111 website collects and uses personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). It covers this website, the early-access list and the Contact Us enquiry form only. The Mi-ICE9111 app will have its own privacy policy, covering the health information it holds, before it launches.

02What we collect

When you join the early-access list we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, country, the reason you're joining, and anything you choose to write in the optional message field.

When you send an enquiry through the Contact Us page we collect your name, email address, your message, and any contact number or subject you choose to add.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any health information through this website.

03Why we collect it

We use these details only to tell you about Mi-ICE9111's launch and early access, and — if you joined as a partner or investor — to follow up on your interest. We use enquiry details only to reply to your enquiry. We rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form.

04Who sees it

Your details are seen only by the Mi-ICE9111 team and the service providers who help us run the list and receive enquiries. We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

05How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as the early-access list is in use, and enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, or until you ask us to remove them.

06Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent at any time, and complain to the Information Regulator if you are unhappy with how we have handled it.
